This week, we’re challenging you to pick just one of the 3 recent court decisions and simply read the court’s summary of the decision (called the Syllabus, and usually about 6 pages). Which issue is most important to you? Right to life, 2A, or Religious Liberty?

Katherine’s Allegan County Election Day 2020 Case has spanned from 11/3/20 to the present, for a total of more than 19 months as of today! The trial is currently scheduled for Motion Hearings & a Settlement Conference on 7/7/22 with the Jury Trial on 7/13/22… But, this is the 8th trial date the court has given, so it is unsure whether it will be moved yet again.
This week we share with you real case examples to use. Use the Table of Contents in the longer documents to focus on specific procedural or legal topics, or use a whole document as a template for how to put together your own court case!

This week we’re asking you to get involved by praying that God lays it on the judge’s heart to do the right thing in the Allegan County case. That He lay it on the judge’s heart as to how inadequate and how unjust this case is. We’re asking for prayers for him to dismiss this entire case, with prejudice, today, so that we can go forth in the rest of our fight for freedom.

Access may be denied for property NOT ordinarily open to the public, but may NOT be denied to property “open to the public generally” unless the excluded person is 1) obstructing normal operations or 2) interfering with others’ rights of normal use of the property. People so excluded could be charged with disturbing the peace, usually under MCL 750.167 or 750.170. But, regardless of ownership, members of the general public may NOT be excluded from property open to the general public “through the use of trespass laws.” If you are not impeding normal operations or directly interfering with the rights of others, you are NOT disturbing the peace; and if on property open to the general public, you are NOT trespassing, nor may you be excluded through criminal trespass laws.
