Didn’t catch our RFW episode? We discussed: With today being Primary Election Day in MI, this week’s Restore Freedom Weekly episode is all about Election Day Campaign Reminders. Have an election day campaigning question for Constitutional Attorney Katherine Henry? In this week’s episode, we will go over Election Day Campaigning reminders, then answer questions from voters, petition circulators, law enforcement and campaign volunteers about Election Day Campaigning and our Constitutionally protected rights.

James 1:25 tells us “But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.” So, keep in mind all the things we are trying to teach you each week, especially the lessons that come out of the Allegan County Election Day case, and use those to continue your own fight for freedom. Don’t forget that information, but use it to be most effective in the freedom-fighting actions you do. As we are on the road from Florida to Michigan today for the Allegan County Election Day 2020 “trespass” case, we had several internet connection and other issues that had us starting later than normal for RFW and gave us poor connection quality. When we finally got to a stable internet connection, the laptop started malfunctioning. 🤦This week, we were going to discuss the 6/30/22 SCOTUS decision from re Administrative Agencies, and a great article from the Epoch Times discussing the topic. However, after several failed attempts to “go live” with today’s episode of
Restore Freedom Weekly, I am encouraging you to read the Court’s own summary of the full opinion (“Syllabus” on pgs 1-6) as well as the article, both of which I shared as PDFs in the description of this week’s video attempts.

Didn’t catch our Get Involved Challenge for “Jurisdiction – does the court have the authority to hear your case?” We talked about: This week we’re asking you to get involved by praying that God lays it on the judge’s heart to do the right thing in the Allegan County case. That He lay it on the judge’s heart as to how inadequate and how unjust this case is. We’re asking for prayers for him to dismiss this entire case, with prejudice, today, so that we can go forth in the rest of our fight for freedom.

Didn’t catch our Get Involved Challenge for “EOs & MI Sup Court: What law was actually struck down & why? What’s happening now?” We talked about: This week we challenge you to contact the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (by email, phone, social media, in person, etc.) and tell them the issue of using EOs to regulate the people in Michigan has already been decided. Just as the 1945 EPGA was unconstitutional, the 1976 Public Health Code (at least MCL 333.2253 and 333.2453) is unconstitutional. A circuit court judge already told them this, and they need to stop wasting our tax dollars to fight this issue in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals.
