Required to follow Unconstitutional Court Orders? Restore Freedom Weekly Episode 37

Didn’t catch our RFW episode? We discussed: A judge has issued a blatantly unconstitutional order. Are you required to follow it? What are your options? Gag orders, unwanted medical procedures, denial of public information (FOIA) – real life examples and practical limitations.  You can watch it on FB, YT or at tinyurl.com/fy6ufxwz.

EPA, CDC & *all* Administrative Agencies Unconstitutional?!? – Restore Freedom Weekly #27

As we are on the road from Florida to Michigan today for the Allegan County Election Day 2020 “trespass” case, we had several internet connection and other issues that had us starting later than normal for RFW and gave us poor connection quality. When we finally got to a stable internet connection, the laptop started malfunctioning. 🤦This week, we were going to discuss the 6/30/22 SCOTUS decision from re Administrative Agencies, and a great article from the Epoch Times discussing the topic.  However, after several failed attempts to “go live” with today’s episode of
Restore Freedom Weekly, I am encouraging you to read the Court’s own summary of the full opinion (“Syllabus” on pgs 1-6) as well as the article, both of which I shared as PDFs in the description of this week’s video attempts.

Overall, this EPA case ruling was a step in the right direction, reining in some of that administrative power. However, the majority opinion, and even Justice Gorsuch’s “conservative” concurrence, completely missed the mark about constitutional law regarding administrative agencies: There’s NO need for dozens of pages of legal analysis – Administrative Agencies are 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Even Gorsuch claims “we all agree that administrative agencies have important roles to play in a modern nation.”  Well, We The People do NOT agree! And the reasons are many: separation of powers, non-delegation, and the guarantee for a Republican Form of government, etc.

Bottom line: the Constitution does not expressly create any administrative agencies, does not allow one of the three branches of government to do so, nor does it provide any powers allowed to be exercised by such agencies.

CDC, NIH, DOL, DOE, DOT, HHS, DHS, FTC, SEC, EPA – are these Administrative Agencies constitutional? What the Constitution says about *ALL* administrative agencies, administrative rules, etc…. What the newest SCOTUS decision says about the EPA & Administrative Agencies…. A great article describing this issue and the SCOTUS case on point:

SCOTUS said there’s NO Constitutional “right” to an abortion; What does God say? – Biblical Insight S1E26

SOTUS recently ruled that the US Constitution contains NO “right” to an abortion. In fact, the US Constitution protects our right to Life, Liberty and Property… So, what does God’s word say?

Luke 1:41: reminds us, a child in a mother’s womb is a “baby”
Job 3:16: recognizes “a stillborn child” (a baby who dies from natural causes in the womb) is just “like an infant who never saw the light of day”
Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Psalm 22:10: “from my mother’s womb you have been my God,” recognizing God knows us and claims us even before we are born

Jeremiah 20:17: NIV “For he did not kill me in the womb, with my mother as my grave, her womb enlarged forever.”
Exodus 20:13 & Deuteronomy 5:17: “you shall not murder”
Deuteronomy 30:19: “I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live”

Transparency in Government and Community – Biblical Insight S1E25

The US and State Constitutions require transparency in government, but so does the Bible. Ephesians 4:25 tells us “Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.” Similarly, James 5:16 says “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.”

Freedom Fighting Tools & Allegan Case Update – Week 21

As mentioned in our post regarding the Constitution Segment Recap, here is the PDF of all of the Motions & Briefs Katherine submitted Thursday, May 26th, to Allegan County 57th District Court: tinyurl.com/2p8j9j83
We would like to STRONGLY encourage you to take a few minutes to read the 1st link – “Notice of Hearing, Motion for Immediate Consideration, Proof of Service”. It gives the highlights of all the things that have been happening and what we are asking the court to do now. For more information on this case, and for more resources to fight your own situation, please continue reading the other documents submitted. We are also asking for prayers that the judge finally does the right thing in this case and dismisses both charges WITH prejudice (meaning charges cannot be resubmitted).

Do No Injustice in Court – Biblical Insight S1E21

The trial judge in Katherine’s case ruled that she has NO right to make any legal challenges to the case brought against her – meaning it’s ok for the Prosecutor to charge her with something that is NOT a crime!
So this week, we talked about Motions to Dismiss a court case – and discovered the law says ALL accused DO have the right to challenge the illegality of cases brought against them.
But the Bible addresses this issue more simply: You shall do no injustice in court. Leviticus 19:15
