Didn’t catch our Get Involved Challenge for “Motions to Dismiss – What are they?” We talked about: Look at and read ALL of MCR 2.116 to learn the different ways you are able to defend yourself. You either have experienced, are experiencing, or will experience a situation where either you are bringing a claim that somebody is trying to get dismissed or a claim is being brought against you in a civil or criminal case. You need to know how to DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS.
