Can Volusia County Sell Conservation Land? Proposal 5 EXPLAINED | 2026 Ballot | S5E102

Watch Can Volusia County Sell Conservation Land? Proposal 5 EXPLAINED | 2026 Ballot | S5E102 at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QpZKsdx6ZA

What would Volusia County Proposal 5 actually change?

Volusia County Charter Amendment 5 would establish a registry of conservation land. Under the proposed amendment, land placed on the registry could not be conveyed unless the County Council determines that the property is no longer needed for conservation purposes.

The proposal would also require a majority plus one vote of the entire County Council to add property to the registry or remove property from the registry for purposes of sale or transfer. The amendment **includes exceptions** (AKA – Loopholes!) for public purposes and takings through eminent domain.

In this clip, Constitutional Attorney Katherine Henry explains what Proposal 5 would do, how the proposed conservation-land registry would work, and what the amendment would change in the County Charter.

[Part 3 of 3.] Several Georgia Election Interference case defendants have now pled guilty. These guilty pleas obviously have an impact on each defendant, but the implications are much farther reaching than that.  Today, we uncover

  • what these guilty pleas mean for the remaining defendants in this case,
  • what they mean for President Trump in his Washington Indictment case,
  • what they mean for the Michigan alternate elector defendants,
  • what they mean for the nationwide 2020 election results debate,
  • and what they mean for We The People fighting for freedom across the country on all other liberty issues.

Video~ Save Henry Home from Unlawful Destruction by City

The Henry Family needs your help to stop Ormond Beach from unlawfully destroying their home & property! For details on the laws OB is violating, reasons the Henrys cannot even lawfully apply for the “permits,” special exceptions being made for several government officials, and the clear violation of the Henrys’ right to Equal Protection of the law, see the PDF they filed with the city (https://ift.tt/zKRITCE) & watch the video of the special magistrate hearing at (https://youtu.be/GgV2NGP_4qI). Donations for the Appeal & Lawsuit may be made at https://restorefreedomkh.com/savehenryhome

2026 Updated Case Description:
The Henrys bought their Ormond Beach home in 2021 – their forever home. It was built in 1949 and needed a lot of work to become compliant with the OB Land Development Code (LDC) and Code of Ordinances (COO), and to preserve the land and structure from further erosion due to the harsh salt water environment, sand covered lot without irrigation, and propensity for wind damage.

The OB LDC specifically allows properties to reduce their noncompliance with the LDC, which Henrys set out to do. The LDC and COO require Henrys’ property to have a privacy fence, garage (which Henrys’ conexes were determined in court to be), and pavers for lawful parking of their vehicles. So, the Henrys installed those items – in compliance with the terms of the LDC.

Given the wording of the LDC, and the Henrys’ express conversations with OB officials, it was clear they did not need a permit to bring their property into compliance in this regard. Ironically, OB officials later admitted in testimony that they would never issue a permit to the Henrys for these items anyway – all based on reasons unfounded in the law.

OB clearly violated Henrys’ right to Equal Protection by singling them out despite 99% of other properties having the same “violations” WITHOUT being targeted for “enforcement.” OB also violated several other laws, and other rights of the Henrys.

The Magistrate issued orders violating multiple laws & constitutional provisions. Among other things, the Magistrate ordered Henrys to take actions that would force their property into noncompliance with the LDC and COO. The orders imposed fines when there is no alleged harm caused by Henrys actions. And, the fines imposed are literally never-ending daily fines grossly disproportionate to the malum prohibitum one-time act (installing the required items without a permit) that the Magistrate determined Henrys did.

Henrys properly appealed at every stage of the case – all the way up to the US Supreme Court. However, no court ever addressed the main legal arguments Henrys made.

The Allegan Election Day case dismissal – Biblical Insight S1E27

Watch this video at https://youtu.be/c7ciWUUEozM

“You shall not pervert the justice due to your poor in his lawsuit.” Exodus 23:6.

This week, my Allegan County Election Day 2020 “Trespassing” case was FINALLY dismissed! While I am grateful that God allowed us to close out that chapter of our lives, it took 1 year, 8 months & 5 days; over $6,000 in transcript fees & appellate costs; over 10,000 miles of traveling to the Allegan Courthouse; 19 Motions & 5 Appeals; thousands of pages filed; hundreds of statutes, court rules, cases & Constitutional provisions cited; dealing with 5 Prosecuting Attorneys, 2 District Court Judges & 2 Appellate Judges; thousands of hours of legal research & writing; 11 court hearings; many days off work for Mike; etc to see this justice done. And this still does not make me whole for the countless signatures the RFI petition lost; the many bruises, contusions, cuts, abrasions, etc that I suffered at the hands of those 3 Sheriff’s Deputies; the lasting emotional trauma that both I and my then 6 year old daughter Emma have suffered; nor the loss of faith in “the system” by myself and thousands of others for how this incident went down & how the judges and prosecutors continued the law violations for the near 2-year span of time. Although I finally “prevailed” in this criminal case, several government officials did everything they could to “pervert the justice due” to me – a homeschooling mom who donates 100% of her professional time to educating & empowering We The People. Mike & I are far from wealthy, and the court system routinely “perverts justice” for others similarly situated & many with even far less resources. This type of lawless, Godless behavior must NOT be tolerated! So, PRAY for those trying to defend themselves in these situations, those working to make real change on these issues, and for God to speak to the hearts of those perverting justice for all who are oppressed.
