“Common Law” is NOT God’s law!
Where’s the proof the US is a corporation? There is no such proof. Why are people calling Common Law “God’s law?” Common law is literally judge-made “law,” or case precedent erroneously referred to as “case law.” Why are people advocating for case law?? There is a separation of powers for a reason! Common law is in no way “God’s law,” and is, in fact, no “law” at all!

Judges gone wrong? S1E33
Judges “shall judge the people fairly.” They shall “not pervert justice or show partiality,” instead “following justice and justice alone.” Deuteronomy 16:18-20. But many judges in our country now turn away from justice, instead supporting the tyranny and evil. But, We The People must stand up & fight back. Jurisdiction in the Bible – Biblical Insight S1E22
“Then Pilate announced to the chief priests and the crowd, ‘I find no basis for a charge against this man.’ But they insisted, ‘He stirs up the people all over Judea by his teaching.'” Luke 23:4-5
This week we learned about jurisdiction, and discussed a great deal about Subject Matter Jurisdiction. Where there is no basis for a charge against someone, the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction and the case must be dismissed. Verses 6-7 here also shed some light on Personal and Territorial Jurisdiction.

We would like to STRONGLY encourage you to take a few minutes to read the 1st link – “Notice of Hearing, Motion for Immediate Consideration, Proof of Service”. It gives the highlights of all the things that have been happening and what we are asking the court to do now. For more information on this case, and for more resources to fight your own situation, please continue reading the other documents submitted. We are also asking for prayers that the judge finally does the right thing in this case and dismisses both charges WITH prejudice (meaning charges cannot be resubmitted).
Do No Injustice in Court – Biblical Insight S1E21
The trial judge in Katherine’s case ruled that she has NO right to make any legal challenges to the case brought against her – meaning it’s ok for the Prosecutor to charge her with something that is NOT a crime!
So this week, we talked about Motions to Dismiss a court case – and discovered the law says ALL accused DO have the right to challenge the illegality of cases brought against them.
But the Bible addresses this issue more simply: You shall do no injustice in court. Leviticus 19:15
