Biblical Insight: Speak Up & Stop Prop 3! S1E40

Proverbs 31:8-9 says to “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves [and] defend the rights of the poor and needy.” So, SPEAK OUT TO STOP PROP 3 in Michigan to protect our children, human trafficking victims, parental rights, the unborn, and the well-being of women!

Stop Prop 3 – Biblical Insight S1E39

‘Reproductive Freedom’ petition … Luke 1:41 says a child in a mother’s womb is a “baby,” with parenting beginning before birth.  Parents, not government, are called to instruct & decide what’s best for their children in Proverbs 1:8.  We must STOP PROP 3 – an abomination!

Biblical Insight on Overreaching Government Hunting Regulations S1E38

When legislators unconstitutionally regulate hunting, we must remember God’s word. Genesis 9:3 “Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you.” Proverbs 12:27 “The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.” So legislators may not prohibit skilled hungers like Esau & Nimrod from providing food for their families.

Biblical Insight on Unconstitutional Court Orders S1E37

Judges mustn’t issue oppressive decrees (Isaiah 10:1), but Orders that obey the law (Romans 2:13). The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land. Being instructed to “seek justice, rebuke the oppressor” (Isaiah 1:17), always follow the Constitution, NOT unconstitutional orders.

Fences to protect our land – Biblical Insight S1E36

Fences, like the one built by the property owner in Matthew 21:33, are a recognized way of protecting ones land, but they also help us heed the instruction in Proverbs 25:17, “Let your foot be seldom in your neighbor’s house, lest he have his fill of you and hate you.” So, don’t let your municipality get away with imposing unlawful or unconstitutional fence ordinances!

Acknowledging Public Officials doing it right – Biblical Insight S1E35

1 Thessalonians 5:12–13 tells us to “acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work.” So, we thank Prosecutor Kyle Butler for promptly sharing the MSP updates last week, but we also commend this WI community for proactively working to evaluate ALL of their ordinances for constitutionality! youtu.belpL9yN4as5RE

Judges gone wrong? S1E33

Judges “shall judge the people fairly.” They shall “not pervert justice or show partiality,” instead “following justice and justice alone.” Deuteronomy 16:18-20. But many judges in our country now turn away from justice, instead supporting the tyranny and evil. But, We The People must stand up & fight back. Want to do your part to hold judges accountable to the law? Then start by educating yourself on the basics of court procedures, like appeals.

Be Watchful – Biblical Insight E1S32

God tells us in 1 Corinthians 16:13 to “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” So, let’s all do our part to keep a watchful eye on our courts.

Time on a Boat to Recharge? – Biblical Insight S1E31

Mark 6:32 – “So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place.” With Primary Elections now being over for many of our supporters, we encouraged you this week to take a break and recharge. We all know the Bible encourages us to rest, but this week, we focus on a tangible verse. So, take that time away on your boat, or just at the beach, or at your cabin up north. Get away to refresh your mind and renew your charge in this fight for freedom!

It Takes Work – Biblical Insight S1E30

If a man will not work, he should not eat (Thessalonians 3:10)

God reminds us that we need to be willing to work if we want to reap any rewards. (Such as in Thessalonians 3:10) So, as we talked about over the last two weeks, make sure you are doing the work to pay attention to what’s happening in your local and County levels of government. Stay informed, stay involved, and reap those just societal rewards.

Lessons Learned From the Allegan County Case – Biblical Insight S1E28

James 1:25 tells us “But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.” So, keep in mind all the things we are trying to teach you each week, especially the lessons that come out of the Allegan County Election Day case, and use those to continue your own fight for freedom. Don’t forget that information, but use it to be most effective in the freedom-fighting actions you do. The Allegan Election Day case dismissal – Biblical Insight S1E27

Watch this video at https://youtu.be/c7ciWUUEozM

“You shall not pervert the justice due to your poor in his lawsuit.” Exodus 23:6.

This week, my Allegan County Election Day 2020 “Trespassing” case was FINALLY dismissed! While I am grateful that God allowed us to close out that chapter of our lives, it took 1 year, 8 months & 5 days; over $6,000 in transcript fees & appellate costs; over 10,000 miles of traveling to the Allegan Courthouse; 19 Motions & 5 Appeals; thousands of pages filed; hundreds of statutes, court rules, cases & Constitutional provisions cited; dealing with 5 Prosecuting Attorneys, 2 District Court Judges & 2 Appellate Judges; thousands of hours of legal research & writing; 11 court hearings; many days off work for Mike; etc to see this justice done. And this still does not make me whole for the countless signatures the RFI petition lost; the many bruises, contusions, cuts, abrasions, etc that I suffered at the hands of those 3 Sheriff’s Deputies; the lasting emotional trauma that both I and my then 6 year old daughter Emma have suffered; nor the loss of faith in “the system” by myself and thousands of others for how this incident went down & how the judges and prosecutors continued the law violations for the near 2-year span of time. Although I finally “prevailed” in this criminal case, several government officials did everything they could to “pervert the justice due” to me – a homeschooling mom who donates 100% of her professional time to educating & empowering We The People. Mike & I are far from wealthy, and the court system routinely “perverts justice” for others similarly situated & many with even far less resources. This type of lawless, Godless behavior must NOT be tolerated! So, PRAY for those trying to defend themselves in these situations, those working to make real change on these issues, and for God to speak to the hearts of those perverting justice for all who are oppressed.

SCOTUS said there’s NO Constitutional “right” to an abortion; What does God say? – Biblical Insight S1E26

SOTUS recently ruled that the US Constitution contains NO “right” to an abortion. In fact, the US Constitution protects our right to Life, Liberty and Property… So, what does God’s word say?

Luke 1:41: reminds us, a child in a mother’s womb is a “baby”
Job 3:16: recognizes “a stillborn child” (a baby who dies from natural causes in the womb) is just “like an infant who never saw the light of day”
Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Psalm 22:10: “from my mother’s womb you have been my God,” recognizing God knows us and claims us even before we are born

Jeremiah 20:17: NIV “For he did not kill me in the womb, with my mother as my grave, her womb enlarged forever.”
Exodus 20:13 & Deuteronomy 5:17: “you shall not murder”
Deuteronomy 30:19: “I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live”

Transparency in Government and Community – Biblical Insight S1E25

The US and State Constitutions require transparency in government, but so does the Bible. Ephesians 4:25 tells us “Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.” Similarly, James 5:16 says “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.”

Biblical Insight for S1E23

Biblical Insight from Job 2:3

Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason.”

Jurisdiction in the Bible – Biblical Insight S1E22

“Then Pilate announced to the chief priests and the crowd, ‘I find no basis for a charge against this man.’ But they insisted, ‘He stirs up the people all over Judea by his teaching.'” Luke 23:4-5

This week we learned about jurisdiction, and discussed a great deal about Subject Matter Jurisdiction.  Where there is no basis for a charge against someone, the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction and the case must be dismissed.  Verses 6-7 here also shed some light on Personal and Territorial Jurisdiction.

Do No Injustice in Court – Biblical Insight S1E21

The trial judge in Katherine’s case ruled that she has NO right to make any legal challenges to the case brought against her – meaning it’s ok for the Prosecutor to charge her with something that is NOT a crime!
So this week, we talked about Motions to Dismiss a court case – and discovered the law says ALL accused DO have the right to challenge the illegality of cases brought against them.
But the Bible addresses this issue more simply: You shall do no injustice in court. Leviticus 19:15

Governors Protect God-Given Rights & Liberties – Biblical Insight S1E18

Watch this video at youtu.be/fZcsx5AQkqA

The passage for  this week’s Biblical insight is: Isaiah 58:12

“Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.”

The Bible says about how a Governor can fully utilize the powers of the Governor of their state to ensure the God-given rights and individual liberties of the People are protected.

We also want to wish all mothers a very Happy Mother’s Day!!

Stand Firm – Biblical Insight S1E17

As we think about the discussions this week regarding elections and the recent Michigan court of appeals decision, we must remember Ephesians 6:14.  “Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place.” So, whether a court, or anyone else, tells you there is no point to uncovering the truth of the situation, in working hard to protect integrity of a process so vital, stand firm.
