Prayer Request! On 11/26/25, OB filed a Waiver of Response in our US Supreme Court case. This means the next step is a case conference where the Justices decide if they’ll take on the case. This will either happen December 12 or January 9, depending on when they receive the paper copy of the document filed by OB. Henrys’ case against City of OB status update! The circuit court rendered its order on appeal on 030724, in which Henrys were granted partial relief. Henrys appeal the remaining issues to the 5th District Court of Appeals through a Petition for Writ of Certiorari.
