This forum includes candidates running for US Congress, Volusia County council, and Florida Senate. During this candidate forum, Constitutional Attorney Katherine Henry will ask several questions, and each candidate will have one minute to answer each question. There was also a Q&A portion with the audience, where audience members were able to ask questions.

On 11/11/22, Katherine Henry and her husband Mike drove around their neighborhood (the barrier island they live on), assessing the damage from the recent hurricane, and noticed a building they had seen on the news earlier that day. At the location, which housed several businesses – which were closed due to the severe hurricane damage – there were 2 driveways. The one the Henrys entered (because it was the one nearest to them, and the only one they initially saw upon arrival) had NO signs warning of “No Trespassing,” nor was it roped off in any way. But, just moments after arriving, 2 Daytona Shores PD officers showed up, and detained the Henrys – demanding ID and threatening arrest for trespassing. The Henrys said they had no problem leaving, and were just driving around the barrier island they live on. But, the officers got immediately hostile. This video begins after the interaction had already started, and once Katherine realized the officers weren’t there to peacefully protect damage property, but to exert unconstitutional power over innocent citizens.

Katherine talks with Lando about her case, his case, the Allegan County Sheriff Deputy that shot a young man during a traffic stop, a deputy-citizen accident killing a 74 yr old.

On 020721, Constitutional Attorney Katherine Henry was asked to come and speak to Business Owners in Hastings, Michigan about their rights, the government’s recent mandates, and what the constitution says about it all. Q&A session, too. This event happened almost a year into being locked down by Governor Whitmer and the spineless Michigan Legislature.

Constitutional Attorney Katherine Henry received an award at The Gretch Stole Christmas protest in Lansing, MI, where speakers discussed the MDHHS orders and the lack of authority of government to restrain the people.
