Ok, so…This is Katherine’s first meeting on the Georgetown Twp. board of Trustees. She did her research and came up with 4 pages of Constitutional provisions, State statutes, and township regulations for why they must meet in-person. The township supervisor (the chair of the meeting), was sick and decided the meeting would be by Zoom. The four members here informed the chair that just because he is sick and cannot attend, that is not sufficient reason to not hold an in-person township meeting. So four members showed up, and three others used zoom. What you hear in the video is exactly what you would have experienced if you were also in attendance, although the public was not allowed to attend. The ONLY way for the public to watch online was to download the 93 page agenda to find the link to watch on Zoom (which had 23 viewers, 7 of which were the board members). I did have it muted at the beginning until the meeting started. These meetings MUST be in person and that is what Katherine was arguing. This meeting was quickly adjourned and an in-person meeting is now scheduled for next Monday. P.S. YouTube started buffering on my end about 1 minute before adjourning. Probably weak WiFi.

On May 18th at Rosa Parks circle in Grand Rapids, people gathered for a protest against the governor’s illegal and unconstitutional actions. When a counter-protester approached someone in the crowd and started arguing with him about his signs, William Null, who was militia working security for the event, approached and talked to the individuals involved and diffused the situation in a professional manner. The Null brothers are kind, sincere individuals who volunteer many hours of their time to not only fight to preserve our constitutionally protected freedoms, but also work to keep the peace in our communities where high tensions are involved.

Good evening everyone! We just heard the news that the Governor’s covid19 response has officially ruined the 4th of July festivities for the Dorr community.
Many events were planned over these four days, but now the business owners who were sponsoring the event have been threatened with tickets and other consequences. I don’t know about you, but I’m sick and tired of our Governor’s illegal and unconstitutional executive orders depriving us of our rights!
It’s time to take our state back! So join me for an impromptu Restore Freedom Initiative 4th of July parade, where we are going to exercise our first amendment rights to free speech and to petition our government for a redress of grievances. Come out with your American signage and shirts, bring your friends and family, and sign our petition to Restore Freedom In Michigan by constitutional amendment.
We’re going to save our 4th of July freedom celebrations, take back our state, and restore freedom once and for all!
Parade lineup will begin at 9:30 with the parade starting at 10:00 a.m. We will be using the parade route that was updated and posted by the original organizers earlier this week.
