It shouldn’t be a crime OR A CIVIL INFRACTION to fail to report a deer harvest ON THE DNR APP w/i 72 hrs; Hunting regulations must NOT be so complex; Hunting “violations” must NOT be CRIMES w/ possible LIFETIME hunting bans; DNR reporting must be easily accessible & consistent (call vs App vs ??); DNR ORDERS must NOT be treated like LAWS!
