g. If you don’t live in Michigan you must check the checkbox as a circulator
h. If you sign you are the circulator you MUST be the circulator, no proxies
i. Once complete – Sign and date and fill out circulator section (only after complete). if you are not a resident, put your county of registration if you are registered to vote). Make sure you put date you are actually signing this
