Some toxins to watch out for are in our food & others in our personal care products. Others yet are in our habits & relationships. Toxic Relationships should be avoided. Why? Toxic relationships drain emotional and mental energy, leading to significant declines in well-being, self-esteem, and overall happiness. They are characterized by poor communication, lack of mutual respect, and controlling behaviors such as gaslighting, jealousy, and constant criticism, which leave partners feeling undervalued, anxious, and unsafe. Toxicity appears in all kinds of relationships: family, romantic partners, friends, coworkers, etc. So, learn to set healthy boundaries – and stick to them.
