More and more Americans are keeping a watchful eye on cases coming out of SCOTUS.  Although it’s imperative we remember that SCOTUS cannot make LAW (and the concept of case “law” does not comport with our Constitutional Republic), it’s also important that we know how to read a court case for ourselves, so we can truly understand the impact of the ruling made, and not simply rely on others to summarize it for us.
