Right now this administration thinks they have unilateral power thanks to the Supreme Court and there ruling that the President can’t be charged for crimes while doing official acts . But when he ignores judicial orders , that’s where he steps over the line

All the executive power, perhaps, but it appears the real intent of the founders was to keep the three branches tied up so 𝔚𝖊 𝖙𝔥𝖊 𝕻𝔢𝖔𝔭𝖑𝔢 could get on with our lives.
Questions, please…if I understand this properly, the Boards are different than Agencies whereby the Boards represent (aka stand in for) the President in the actions they chose to take to do their (aka his) job…is that correct? And, Agencies on the other hand, act wholly on their own via specific powers given to them by Statutes (aka legislative acts)…is that correct?
Doesn’t matter right now, we are under war time powers, and in continuity of government…
