Municipal ordinances are corporate by-laws and only relate to members of the corporation who are referred to as “natural persons.” How does a man or woman become this “person?” By applying for some favor like a permit or license to do something which you already have a right to do. Are you really this “person” subject to the municipality’s regulations?
