The Michigan Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in People v. Jennings, No. 165764, at Bay City Central High School as part of the Court Community Connections program. Court Community Connections is one of the Michigan Supreme Court’s longest-standing public education and engagement initiatives. Since its launch in 2007, the program has provided students with a firsthand opportunity to observe the judicial process and engage directly with the Court. In addition to hearing cases at the Michigan Hall of Justice in Lansing, the Court travels to communities statewide through this program, which is aimed primarily at high school students. This will be the 33rd time the Court has convened in a community setting to hear a case at another location. The public, especially local attorneys, are invited to attend. https://restorefreedomkh.com/b1qv for more info

Hi. I want to know about Michigan elections being under Benson but she’s running for Governor. Surely sounds like a conflict although I know Arizona got away with it. Is there anything we can do in Michigan to prevent Benson’s hands overseeing our elections?
In Michigan, the Secretary of State is responsible for overseeing the elections. So the only way to get Benson to not be the one overseeing the elections is to have her removed from office.
Restore Freedom with Katherine Henry thank you but definitely not the news I wanted to hear. I appreciate you answering me
I like turtles.
I figure if we are just posting random stuff – might as well let that be known.
Julie Trusewicz This is my question too, especially since AG Nessel is on board with it. This unholy alliance and conflict of interest needs to be resolved well before the election. There’s too much at stake.
