Michigan SB-111 effectively revokes all citizens from the right to bear arms, the rights to due process and the rights against unreasonable search and seizure.
It gives anyone the ability to get a PPO WITHOUT a crime, WITHOUT a threat of violence and WITHOUT a mental crisis. The only criteria is if you suspect someone [you’re afraid of] has a firearm or may purchase a firearm. This new bill will allow a PPO to be issued and the “offender” to have all firearms stolen WITHOUT due process and for no reason.
