J6 Crimes – True or False Answer!

J6 Crimes – True or False Answer: True! According to the DOJ, 99% of those protesting on J6 did so responsibly. Of all of those participating in the Stop The Steal Rally on January 6th 2021, only 1/10 of 1% have been charged with a violent offense, and less than 1% have been charged with non-violent offenses. Keep in mind, these are ALL people CHARGED with offenses, not those who have been PROVEN guilty by the Prosecution BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT in front of a Jury of their peers.

J6 Insurrection: True or False Tuesday Answer!

T/F Tuesday Answer: FALSE!  Newest estimates show 120,000 people in attendance at the J6 events, with 1,200 entering the capitol building. There was unnecessary violence from people on both sides that day, leaving countless injured or even dead. With the vast majority of the violence & other crimes committed on the way into the capitol building (or while already inside), the J6 offenses contrast greatly from BLM protests which aim their violence & property destruction toward private individuals, residences and businesses, IN ADDITION TO government officers and property. BLM violence was used to terrorize & threaten the public as well as the police; J6 violence was used to gain access to government proceedings. (This is not to say one is acceptable and the other is not; rather just pointing out that #FactsMatter ) But J6 and BLM protests have a commonality in that not ALL participating in the protests are committing acts of violence or other crimes. DOJ reports 725 people charged (not necessarily found guilty) in violent AND nonviolent J6 offenses – only 0.6 percent of those protesting that day.

True or False Answer #27

T/F Tuesday Answer: FALSE! “Shall not be infringed” does not mean “unless there’s an emergency.” Our Constitution was drafted to ensure we were protected from enemies FOREIGN and DOMESTIC, including tyrannical governments. The 2nd Amendment was included to provide such protection, especially as against our own governments’ tyranny. Article VI keeps our Constitution the Supreme Law of the Land – with NO exceptions for “emergencies” or otherwise. #ConstitutionMatters

5 NEW important SCOTUS Decisions – True or False Tuesday Answer!

T/F Tuesday Answer: TRUE! Per SCOTUS June 2023, the power of the Assembly is limited and defined by the constitution. The legislature, after all, “is a creature of the constitution.” When legislatures make laws, they are bound by the provisions of the very documents that give them life. Legislatures, the Framers recognized, “are the mere creatures of the State Constitutions, and cannot be greater than their creators.”

Follow the Money! with Alan Myers – True or False Answer!

T/F Tuesday Answer: FALSE! While there are many types of “audits”, usually audits are designed to look at an overall picture for a year with a limited percentage of transactions being reviewed.  An audit can be an in-depth look at one particular item or area within an accounting over a short period of time.  MAR or Municipal Accounting Review is to look and understand EVERY transaction that takes place within an entity’s bank account for several years, both money in and money out. #ConstitutionMatters
