SB 1288 as amended on 4/1/25 amends the FL Parent Bill of Rights to better protect our kids and our parental rights. On 4/1/25, Katherine spoke in front of the Judiciary Senate Committee to urge them to vote favorably on SB 1288 as amended. Unfortunately, with how many people asked to speak on this bill, time for speakers was cut quite short and Katherine was not able to speak on the 3 specific parts of the bill that protect our rights.
